The Shooting Star tube was invented by Peerless Electric also to get around the NOMA patent.  It contains a very complex formula of chemicals making it much more expensive to manufacture.  Christmas by Carlisle has manufactured a new version that is better than the original with it's much improved vibrant colors.  The bubbles rise and fall at a very unique and fascinating pace.
